Storage Finder Dubai started as a spreadsheet. Someone was moving out of a JLT one bedroom, rang seven storage companies in an afternoon, and got seven answers that could not be compared with each other. Four would not give a price at all without a site visit.

The spreadsheet turned into a map because the phone calls kept revealing the same thing: the deciding factor is almost never the monthly rate. It is the drive. A hundred dirham saving evaporates the second time you cross the city on a Friday to fetch one box.

How the site pays for itself

It does not, yet. There are no affiliate links in the ranking, no paid placements and no sponsored badges. Outbound links to operators carry a nofollow attribute so nobody can argue we are trading rankings for link value. If that changes we will say so on this page before it changes anywhere else on the site.

What we will do for operators

Correct a wrong figure, same week, with the change dated. Add a facility we missed. Update a price ladder when you publish a new one.

What we will not do

Move you up the list. Remove a competitor. Take down the note that says your pins are approximate, which will come off the day you publish a street address. Describe a pod as climate controlled when it is not.
